酒店前台非常不友好,排華 陰陽怪氣刁難小朋友
先不説衞生和房間空間問題,就我帶著5歲的小朋友入住 忘記帶房卡去前台辦理,前台要求出示護照同時填寫表格,包括手機號 身份證號 房間號 名字 ,所有細節,好 到這裡我都非常配合,
前台繼續卡著為難説 那麼你幾號退房呢,我回答明天,她又刁難説明天幾點,明天是幾號 ,明天確定退嗎?明天幾個人住。從頭到尾都是我帶著幼兒入住 我不覺得補辦房卡是需要填寫了這些表格還要一個一個問題卡著問十幾分鍾 而且她們不喜歡小孩 會很不耐煩的説 走開 。
我請問 : 我衹是需要補辦一張房卡,我在前台站了很久很久一直不給辦 ,全程陰陽怪氣。

위생이나 방 크기 문제는 차치하고라도, 저는 5살 아이를 데리고 체크인했는데, 객실 카드를 분실해 프론트에서 재발급 받으려고 했을 때 여권 제시와 함께 전화번호, 주민등록증 번호, 객실 번호, 이름 등 모든 정보를 기입하는 서류를 작성하라고 요구했습니다. 이 부분까지는 전부 제가 순순히 협조했습니다.
그럼에도 프론트는 계속 까다롭게 굴며
“체크아웃은 며칠이십니까?”
“내일 몇 시에 나가십니까?”
“내일이 정확히 몇 월 몇 일입니까?”
“내일 정말 나가실 겁니까?”
“내일 몇 분...
The hotel front desk staff was extremely unfriendly, prejudiced against Chinese people, and spoke sarcastically while harassing a small child.
Leaving aside the hygiene and room size issues, I checked in with my 5-year-old child. I went to the front desk to get a replacement key card because I forgot mine. They asked for my passport and made me fill out a form with my phone number, ID number, room number, full name, and every single detail. I cooperated fully with all of this.
But the front desk kept making things difficult.
• When will you check out?
• Tomorrow.
• What time tomorrow?
• What date is tomorrow exactly?
• Are you sure you will check out tomorrow?
• How many people will stay tomorrow?
I was with a young child the entire time. I do not believe getting a replacement key card requires filling out all that paperwork and being grilled with questions for more than ten minutes.
They clearly dislike children and even told us rudely to “go away.”
I only needed a replacement key card, but I stood at the front desk for a very long time and they still refused to help properly. They were rude and sarcastic the whole time.
Also, the pillows were very dirty, and the room size was shockingly small.
I can put up with many things, but I cannot accept this rude, disrespectful service attitude.
About 80% of the hotel’s guests speak Mandarin Chinese. I do not understand how you can take our money while being impatient and discriminating against Chinese people.
